Invitation to Exhibit at the 28th Annual Conference of the Respiratory Nursing Society

September 28-29, 2018

The Respiratory Nursing Society (RNS) began as a non-profit specialty nursing organization in 1990 for the dual purpose of:

  • Promoting the practice of respiratory care through interprofessional development of its members, and
  • Promoting safe and effective respiratory health care for society, including activities related to health promotion, disease prevention, and care through all phases of illness and across all age spans and cultures.

This conference will offers education about a variety of respiratory-related issues including asthma, COPD, and medication administration. Attendance at this conference includes nurses, respiratory therapists, physicians, and other health providers from across the United States. Your support will help to make this conference our best yet!

 Online registration is preferred but you can download a copy of application and submit with your payment to the address on the form. Once the contract payment have been received a signed copy of the contract will be emailed to you. Your payment must be received by August 15, 2018. Confirmations will be sent via email along with copies of this signed agreement.

Exhibit Level

These requirements will be followed to ensure educational content integrity for continuing educational credit:

  • Exhibitors are paying for display space at the RNS conference.
  • All organizations must comply with the ANCC Content Integrity Standards for Industry Support in Continuing Educational Activities which is available on the ANCC Accreditation web page.
  • This activity is for educational purposes only and will not promote any proprietary interest of a Commercial Interest organization providing financial or in-kind support.
  • The displaying organization is providing the amount documented above for unrestricted use. RNS will make all decisions regarding the disposition and disbursement of money in accordance with ANCC criteria.
  • The RNS is responsible for all decisions related to the educational activity. The sponsor providing financial or in-kind support may not participate in any component of the planning process of an educational activity, including: assessment of learning needs, determination of objectives, selection or development of content, selection of planners, presenters, faculty, authors and/or content reviewers, selection of teaching/learning strategies, evaluation methods.
  • All commercial support associated with this activity will be given with the full knowledge and approval of the RNS. No other payments shall be given to any individuals involved with the supported educational activity.
  • Commercial support will be disclosed to the participants of the educational activity.

Commercial Interest Organizations may not exhibit, promote or sell products or services during the introduction of an educational activity, while the educational activity takes place or at the conclusion of an educational activity, regardless of the format of the educational activity
